Name the concern, not just the body area.
An arm, abdomen or thigh may be bothersome for different reasons: local fullness, loose-looking skin or an uneven surface. The area name alone does not tell the doctor which concern you want to address.
Explain what changes with movement and what you notice in clothing. Your medical history and previous procedures also matter. The team can discuss whether ONDA or another approach is a reasonable option.
Keep the goal realistic.
Body contouring should not be treated as a replacement for weight management or as equivalent to surgery. Research images and average measurements do not predict your individual outcome.
Ask which areas and sessions are proposed, how the result will be reviewed and what care is needed afterward. Tell the doctor about pregnancy, implanted devices and medical conditions before treatment. Heat-based treatment can cause adverse reactions, so follow the clinic’s instructions and report unexpected symptoms.
